Studio

A teaching desk that still reads production events.

Switch Flowcore started because travel product teams in Thailand were importing analytics habits from grocery and ride-hailing apps. Those habits break the moment a traveler books in March and flies in April.

Mission

We exist to make Travel App Analytics specific. Specific to routes, currencies, monsoon calendars, and the awkward hour when a boarding pass is the only screen that matters. General-purpose dashboards are welcome as plumbing. They are not the curriculum.

The studio is independent. We do not resell a vendor license. We do not take a cut of your media spend. Fees cover teaching time, review of anonymised event maps, and written feedback.

Pedagogy

Every live program mixes a short lecture, a worked example from a Thai or regional app pattern, and homework on your own schema. We never require you to share secret revenue numbers. Event names and funnel shapes are enough.

Cohorts stay small — usually twelve to eighteen seats — so critiques stay concrete. Recorded Field Notes exist for people who cannot attend ICT evenings, but they do not replace live review.

People you will hear from

Faculty still consult one day a week so the examples do not fossilise.

The student journey

You begin with a written diagnostic: which surfaces you own, which events already fire, and which corridors matter this quarter. We do not start with tool training.

During the program you rebuild one funnel or one retention slice, present it to the cohort, and leave with a one-page argument for your product lead. After the last session you may book a single thirty-minute follow-up within six weeks — included in the live seat fee, still informational on this website.

Community is quiet on purpose. Alumni get a private mailing list for new field notes and an annual afternoon in Bangkok if they can travel. There is no noisy forum and no points system.
